Front End Loader Operator Wanted

We are currently seeking an experienced Front-End Loader Operator to join a fast-paced operation. This role is primarily front-end loader focused, with operators spending the majority of their shift on the machine.

About the Role

You will be working in a fast-paced yard environment, responsible for:

• Operating a front-end loader for full-shift production work
• Load hoopers, bins, conveyors, or trucks with raw materials
• Monitor, weigh and load material and stockpiles levels
• Perform inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Maintaining clean and safe work and yard areas
• Assist with plant operations, crushing equipment, or batching systems when needed

To be successful, you must have:

• ✅ Valid Front-end loader ticket
• ✅ White Card
• ✅ Extensive front-end loader experience (operating close to 100% of your shift, daily)
• ✅ Previous experience within the concrete industry (preferred)
• ✅ Computer literate
• ✅ Strong front end loader operator mindset (safety, efficiency, awareness)
• ✅ Clear communication skills
• ✅ High level of attention to detail
• ✅ Good physical fitness for yard-based work

Work Details

• 🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, approx 6am start (Start and finish times vary)
• 🗓️ Occasional Saturday mornings (if available)
• 💰 Pay Rate: $43.52 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading)
